If you’re anything like me, you’ve followed the rules.
You did everything “right.” You checked the boxes, built the resume, chased the dream. You were productive. Efficient. Driven.
And one day, you woke up and thought:
“Is this really it?”
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count.
I’ve walked away from two careers, started over three times, and been brave enough to let go of identities I once clung to, because I knew I wanted more.
Not more in the hustle sense. More in the aliveness sense.
Let’s rewind...
When I was a dietitian, I saw it all, so many different diets, foods, and methods.
One person told me tomatoes inflamed their gut. Another swore by a vegan lifestyle.
Someone else felt amazing eating meat and veggies only.
It taught me something I’ve never forgotten:
There is no one-size-fits-all.
Both things can be true.
And when people stop listening to their own bodies and start doing what they “should,” that’s when things go wrong.
That’s when burnout happens, when your body is screaming, “You’re not on the right path.”
After completing grad school and witnessing the limitations of conventional healthcare, I knew my impact was elsewhere. So I left 5 years of schooling and thousands of dollars to pursue my passion of the outdoors.
And for the next 8 years I worked as a travel guide in Southeast Asia and watched transformation unfold in real-time.
Strangers who had been stuck in their routines came alive through discomfort, adventure, and connection.
No one knew who they “should” be out there. So they became who they wanted to be.
That’s what I want for you.
Because here’s the truth:
Burnout didn’t just happen to you—it came from you, too.
It happened because you were hustling to prove yourself. Because you stayed too long in environments you outgrew. Because your worth became conditional and got tangled up in doing, achieving, and being everything for everyone.
You were chasing a life that wasn’t full yours. Operating from a dysregulated nervous system. Trying to succeed without ever asking: Do I even want this?
You didn’t know who you were before you tried to go get what you wanted.
That burnout was the best thing that ever happened to me. In fact, it happened for me.
It woke me up to the fact that I was living someone else’s life.
So I did the brave thing: I came back to myself. I stopped outsourcing my power. I started asking what I wanted. And I built a life from the inside out.
Now I guide women through that same journey.
Through big transitions: career pivots, lifestyle changes, identity shifts, relationships. Through messy middles and “what’s next?”
We root first. We regulate. We reconnect.
We stop trying to “logic” our way to clarity and instead learn to trust the body, trust the process, trust ourselves.
And then… we rise. We get to be obsessed again. Passionate again. Alive again. But this time, it’s aligned. It’s embodied. It’s grounded in truth.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need the perfect plan.
What you need is to come back to yourself. To experiment. To explore. To remember how good life can actually get and that no matter what…you got this.
